This was a GREAT paddle, we went further north on this section than I have ever been. Turned around within sight of the West River St Bridge in Upton. Paddled up or climbed over 11 beaver dams and 2 more that were below the high water level, ran them all on the way back. Moved a fallen tree and portaged around another. 3:15 upstream from launch to turnaround and 1:20 for the return trip. Looking forward to doing this one again.
