Earl checked a couple parking lots and put-ins this morning (THANKS Earl) and Cold Spring Park in Woonsocket looks good for a Wednesday paddle. We'll launch at 10:30 (forecast temps above freezing then and rising to low 40s). Current plan is to go both upstream and downstream from the put-in.
