Not a bad idea to have polls this time of year and as Flo mentioned crampons or spikes for your feet are not a bad idea, Not critical but can help. Bring water and a snack and look forward to lunch at the cornerstone pub after our hike. We will have walkie-talkies so we can keep in communication.
