Unknown mark

I'm wondering whether anyone can help identify this mark. I've included the piece it's on as well in case that helps.

Hi Cher. This is a Blue Willow pattern. Though there are a few Blue Willow patterns that are considered flow, this is considered more of a transferware pattern. There is a Blue Willow Club that can probably be of more help to you in identifying that mark (it looks like the initials H&K). The Transferware Club might also be able to help you.
