The photo didn't upload, but if the dish is oval-shaped, and that size, it would be considered a baked-potato or individual vegetable dish (or just individual oval bowl). The reason some people call them "baked potato" dishes is because they are the perfect size to put those potatoes in. As far as rarity goes, they aren't too commonly found on eBay, but you can find them off and on. Normandy is a popular pattern, circa 1905. Johnson Brothers made all sorts of serving pieces in this pattern: bone dishes, egg cups, butter pats, several sizes of plates, platters, cups/saucers, etc. We don't give appraisals on this site, as we find prices are too subjective.
