Flow Blue remaining from my collection/inventory...

Hi,
Many years ago I was a member of the flow blue club under the name Old Blue Antiques. I sold mainly over the internet and at Bouckville and at a couple of the club's conventions. I lived in upstate New York in the Binghamton area. I was introduced to the club by Bill Leach, also from the same area of N.Y. and bought many fine pieces from members of the club, most especially from Sara and Sam at Harrisburg and Bouckville. In 2012 my wife Sharon and I retired and moved to Crossville, Tennessee. We still have about 30 or so pieces that we would like to see enjoyed by someone who would know it's value and history! If your a club member who lives in the Crossville area of Tenn. (Between Nashville and Knoxville off Route 40) or passing through that area, if you might be interested in taking a look at these items, you we would be welcome to take a look. Items include child's teaser in Star pattern, Stag jardiniere c.1907, early cob. Veg. With rose bud final, and other different pieces.

Hi Dennis, congratulations on your happy retirement, glad to hear things are going well for you. You chose a beautiful part of Tenn. to move to live. Obviously the club is still going strong and members do follow this site so perhaps one who is near you will be in touch. Our convention this year is in Pitsburgh and next year in Tenn. so if no luck through here, rejoin and come sell at the convention again. Would love to have you. Good luck.

Do you have any Scinde pattern pieces? Ladies or lids?

I just bought my first two pieces. But I'm not sure about the emblems on the back. Can you give me a site that could help? I used to work for a physician and had a patient by your name, I was wondering where you may be located Ohio? Just wondering?

I am not sure about a site but there is a great book you can get called Flow Blue China an aid to identification. It has every flow blue pattern made and how to identify them. Good luck to you and I live in upstate New York.

Hi Kara, If you can send a photo of the back stamps on the back of your pieces, we may be able to help. While Bruce has mentioned the book below, it is outdated. We now have over 3500 pieces identified on our flow blue pattern identification datebase! If you can send photos to boyerkj@outlook.com, or post them to this message board, we can try to help you out.
