From your first photo, it looks like all the pieces in the set are the same and were made by W.H. Grindley, England. This name of this Oriental pattern is "Shanghai".

Pieces with the first mark (i.e. backstamp) are dated about 1880-1914. The second mark is more recent being around 1914-25.
