Our pattern id database shows 1891 as a circa date, but in VanBuskirk's book of Late Victorian Flow Blue, it gives a date closer to 1897-1898. We do not give values as there are too many variables to consider. Your best course of action would be to look on eBay to see what your pattern pieces have sold for.
