Sorry I didn't get to this quicker, but my 93-year-old Mom fell and broke her hip, so I've been busy.
These cups are in the "GRAPE AND CORAL" pattern by Jacob Furnival. It's in the PID. This is a different pattern than the #3 item you first posted - the plate with the damage that I identified as "CORKSCREW PLANT."
