Many scenic flow blue and mulberry patterns (as well as other transferware patterns) were copied from published lithographs or paintings, all feeding off of a contemporary fascination with exotic places, and today some collectors attempt to locate the exact image from which such patterns were borrowed. The framing of your street scene image might suggest such an origin.

I agree that this image could be Moroccan, but it could also represent any of a number of other North African or Middle-Eastern places, and without showing a particularly identifiable feature, narrowing the search will be difficult. I suggest making the search for the original image your new hobby!
