left it on the kitchen counter till we got home from church. Got home. No chicken. Empty plate on floor. Seems the cat jumped on the counter and knocked the chicken off on the floor where the dog grabbed it and went out the back screen door hitting it hard so the cat could get out too. They were in the backyard eating our chicken when we got home. Teamwork. P.S. Gagee(my grandmother) NEVER left a chicken on the counter again.

When I got home from grade school, my cat, Minino,
wouldn't get down from the sofa until I told him how my
day went. I had to sit next to him and give him the
full unabridged version or he wouldn't move. Once he
was satisfied that I'd spilled the beans and hadn't
left anything out, then he would go about his business.
I loved him to pieces! :-) He was a huge ginger cat
with a big bushy tail.
