Happy Canada Day! Some red&white and my favorite Canadians >>

My favorite Canadians are:

Lucy Maude Montgomery. Of course I adore Anne but one of my favorite books of allllll time is LMM's The Blue Castle. It's a love letter to nature and it's so emotional! I love the FMC and her romance. I cried and cried at the end!

Heather Fawcett. Emily Wilde's Encyclopedia of Faerie is a great romantasy, and I just finished her Agnes Aubert's Mystical Cat Shelter and it's one of my favorite books of the year!!

Kurt Browning and Barbara Underhill & Paul Martini are some of my favorite figures skaters. Kurt has the purity of edge and glide that I love so much. His Nat King Cole program "L-O-V-E" is an all time favorite of mine.

Michael J Fox. What a precious human and humanitarian he is.

Celine Dion. No words necessary for one of the greatest voices ever. Her performance at the Paris Olympics was one I watched a dozen times and cried each and every one!

Justin Bieber. My mom wouldn't let me make a list of Canadians and not mention him, lol. She's crazy about him.

And to the citizens of Canada, you are a beacon of hope and aspiration to this American!
