This is not written by me I found it on FB but it did give me a giggle in this heat!

Hello you lovely lot
This heat is really officially getting on my humiditities.
I can't be arsed with it anymore.
I'm grumpy because I can't sleep. The little bedroom I've got here at Dad's is like a bloody proving drawer, so by about 1am I'm swollen like a batch of dough and have usually rolled myself downstairs to the recliner, where it's approximately half a degree cooler.
And of course, because my Dad is here, I'm wearing far more clothes than I would if I was at home.
My underboob's got its own paddling pool. I can actually feel it sloshing when I walk.
I'm seriously considering shoving a couple of bulky pee pads under there just to soak up the excess.
My bra now comes off with the same sound as separating a giant strip of soaking wet Velcro.
And the swamp crotch? Well that should be listed as an official nature reserve.
If it wasn't for an industrial quantity of wet wipes, God only knows what wildlife would've moved in by now.
David Attenborough would be crouched outside with a camera whispering, "Here we see the lesser-spotted postmenopausal lady in her natural habitat."
I've also developed heat rash in places I didn't even know had skin.
Every fold seems to have formed its own little science experiment.
I've got to go out today and thankfully there isn't much walking involved because, at this rate, I'm genuinely worried my thighs are going to rub together so hard they'll set my fanny on fire.
Please tell me I'm not the only one whose dignity has melted these last few days?
