Help Indentifying Barbie

Hi All, I have had this girl on a shelf for years and have no idea who she is. I think she is a fashion fever maybe? Please let me know. Thanks for your help! PS please forgive my photography skills...

This is a 2010 Black Label Barbie from the "Basic" Barbie line. Her pink Bolero...

is from one of the Basic accessories sets. Years ago, Mattel had a "Basic" line of Barbie dolls with model muse bodies wearing "LBDs--Little Black Dresses." This is not to be confused the current line of Barbie "Basics" in MTM bodies.
