Some info about my Penny, the frankendolly and her new body.

Just in case anyone is interested. Here goes the story. I fell in love with a head designed for a female action figure body, but I have not found one of those bodies that I like. I wanted her to be able to share clothing with Barbie and Xian Xian supermodel dolls.
I ordered a body on line and was guessing at the correct skin color. I didn't guess quite right. It wasn't awful, but after a few months, I decided to try the other color that I had been looking at since I'd now seen the head in person, I thought it might be a really good match. Plus. I adore bodies that move well and this one had an upper thigh articulation that allows the body to sit with the knees all the way up to the chest.

So I ordered the second body from Aliexpress (also, I was afraid they might quit making them!!!) and it is a perfect match!! Body #1 is on the left and body #2 (the best match) is on the right.

In case anyone might be interested in replacement bodies, I really love this one.
