It kinda laid back, even the locals speak with a more beachy cadence that’s not as rapid fire as in Madrid. The Moorish design of the fort and castle are just astounding.

I really was thrilled with the experience…when I was climbing the hills and then walking through the ancient paths, it felt so magical to soak it the moment of enjoying the same gardens royalty from the past enjoyed in and the views from up there were just magnificent … I tired loading more images but I think I overloaded and jammed the process

Absolutely gorgeous. So great to see.

Oh my gosh Sandi, this was just a snippet. We ended up sending hours up there. To think it’s hundreds of years old but remains so intact and well preserved and the greenery is just absolute tranquility… the Moorish designs and architecture is such a marvel

Thanks Cecilia. It’s our first venture here. The historic center is small and if really pressed for time, a lot of the main attractions can be visited in a day or two but the vibe is more relaxed, not in a slow pace way but in a more approachable and chill manner

Thanks Queli. If you map out a trip to Spain, definitely try to include Malaga. The southern parts are a little more temperate if trying to get away from Madrid’s winter.
