OMG Clutch those pearls Observations on a vintage outfit

I was doing some listings in my Etsy shop and just put up this vintage outfit for Ideals Velvet doll. It's called Feminine Fancy.

It's a delightful confection of a peignoir set, but Velvet is supposed to be a little girl. Somewhere in the 12 to 14 range I think.

Can you imagine the hoopla if Barbie came out with an outfit like this, oh wait, they did for an ADULT collector doll and you would think the world was coming to an end. Thank goodness they never saw this! LOL

That being said, love the way they did the collar, so it almost looks like feathers. Wish it did come in Barbie size!!

Hm....yep, but barbie was the first with those BOOBS...! LOL.
