Question on putting older FR head onto a different body

Hi fellow doll collectors. I'm seeking help with a FR Natalia Femme Du Monde doll that is on her original body. Her body has some damage to the knees and I want to swap her onto a different body but have not done so before with FR dolls.

Is there a compatible body for her? It doesn't have to be a 12" body. I thought of maybe putting her on a Barbie body but am not sure if the neck would be compatible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

if you put the bodies side by side and the neck size looks approximately the same, I don't think you will have issues. most standard barbies are the same (there are only some exceptions with skinnier necks).

and if helpful, can use some white tissue paper in a layer or two (I use two layers) to help protect face / hair from potential melting/damage from heat FYI. I rip or cut to size, hold in place....

the one with the blonde updo in the middle, rupaul, also by integrity toys, same company that made your doll, head was transferred onto a barbie body (I bought her this way from ebay long time ago, but I have transplanted other heads, including barbie to integrity/FR bodies none shown here)

above please find link to integrity's instructions, I know there are videos out there too and different methods (like heating pad) but be careful with any method, if there are applied lashes (I can't remember if this nat has them eventhough I own her) and protect face and hair from too much or direct heat FYI. need to get head soft enough to safely remove. may need to reheat before placing on your replacement body as it cools quickly.

just a heads up, the older bodies that old can get brittle, so don't be shocked if it breaks and you have to take pieces away, watch out in case sharp edges if that happens. if the neck knob gets stuck inside the head from the rest/neck cracking/breaking, it's not the end of the world if you leave it inside the head, only you will know it's there (rattles, but who cares!). there are ways to remove if that happens but it can be tricky/difficult so not necessarily worth it if you aren't rerooting her or anything anyway.
