Not Theme or Doll Related...Avon Down on the Farm napkin holder/salt and pepper shakers.

I have an Avon Down on the Farm kitchen set that I
bought back in the 90s when a friend of mine was a
representative: napkin holder/salt & pepper
shakers, 4 measuring spoons, 4 measuring cups,
paper towel holder. It's one of those things that
never bores me and that I will never get rid of.

The napkin holder came with cow salt and pepper
shakers, and, with time, I bought other S/P
shakers so I could change them out every month.
The tallest ones are about 3"H. I couldn't find
all of them, but I did find most of them.
Interestingly enough, quite a few of them are from
Hallmark which makes me very happy because I love
Hallmark.

Bullseye and Figaro are always in season and
currently on display.

What a blast. I am headed over right now.... I'll bring the salt and pepper. LOL

How do the measuring spoons, measuring cups and paper towel holder extend the barnyard theme? Are they other parts of a farm and together form a whole scene?

No, they do not form a scene but they do have the
same motif.

Currently, I only have the napkin holder and the
paper tower holder on display because I'm doing
some re-organizing so here's the paper towel
holder. It makes the paper towels look like a
silo.

I found the next two photos online. The measuring
cups come with a chain with hooks so you can hang
them on the wall vertically.

You also hang the measuring spoons on the wall.

There were a few more sets but these were the four
that appealed to me.

My mom had the measuring spoons! We still have a couple >>

She was an Avon rep at the time. I remember the first shipment of the spoons were found to be the wrong measurement so Avon sent out replacement sets, but we mixed them up by accident so now I never know if they're the right ones, lol. We don't use them, they're just for cute! I love what you've done with the napkin holder!
