I've been sorting dolls all day, and this one escapes me. Who is she? Please help

She's skinny, and has long legs, but after looking at HiGlamm, i don't think she is part of those girls...Google Glass think's she's a friend of Kelly...lol...and she's not wearing her original shirt (Bratz shirt)

I believe she's from a line of dolls called Hottiez.

i thought she was HiGlamm at first.

Does the back of her head or body say what company made her?

I was thinking she might be a Winx doll, but I'm not seeing a sculpt that looks like her.

yeah, she's 2003 ...Anika got it, she's a Hottiez
