Mattel has been selling some collector Monster High dolls. They cost $75.00 & are a nightmare to get because Mattel does nothing to prevent bots, so collectors are already pissed about that. What is really driving people insane is that instead of the Monster High collector doll they busted their butt to get & paid a lot for, Mattel sent them a Hot Wheels car. When they contacted customer service, they were told that if thy wanted their doll, they had to send the Hot Wheels car back first. Mattel would then send them their doll, after they sent everyone else their doll. Some people still have no received their dolls, months later. Mattel has been doing nothing but making mistakes.
