Hi all, you might have read my post from last month about my Suzie (and losing my Dad, etc)... First, thank you for all your sweet messages, they all meant so much and I cried reading them. I couldn't respond at the time since Suzie was still in the hospital and I was on the phone all day with her drs. Then right after I brought her home she developed a UTI and was sick for another week due to antibiotics. So... after a lot of tests, the doctors suspect cancer but haven't been able to definitively diagnose and so won't offer chemo. She's on an alternate treatment plan but there is another test available that I might do eventually depending on how she does on this plan. I don't want to do it now since it's expensive but whatever this is, it has caused her breathing problems & I worry. She's happy and home and constantly snuggling on the sofa next to me and purring or following me upstairs to see what I'm doing on the computer. Thank you again and just wanted to update.
