    Oh, the joys!!!
So it was windy over the weekend and my fence came down! I have been trying for months to get it fixed with builders either not returning calls, not coming to look when they say they will or not coming to fix it when they say they will! BUT, this time I was 'lucky' and this very nice guy came, and returned AND made a very nice job of fixing the fence and some wonky fencing too!BUT instead of the one bit of fence and gate as was broken to start with it was ALL the fence and a rather large bill £600. *sigh*
On Sunday my parents took the girls and I out for lunch at their golf club. Inclosed room, no circulating air and no one wearing masks! We, have been so careful and this was only our second time out for a meal since Covid. Did request the servers wear a mask (so as to not breath on our food) but nope 'no one had a mask with them?????'
We did stay and the food was good but we all felt very uncomfortable and will not be going back any time soon.*sigh*
Monday was a pretty OK day sorting out the fence and Christmas decorations.
Tuesday Amy had her yearly check up with the doctor. All was going OK then came the results of her blood tests and she is border line diabetic so now looking to change or cut out foods so it does not get any worse.
Today is only Wednesday (I think?)So for today... I'm upstairs when my cat Anibelle clip clops past me? Cats retract claws they do not 'clip clop'? So I think she might need her claws cut? We have at least two scratching posts in every room no idea why she can't use them? So no glasses on but it looks like the claw is curved around and touching her pad. I get the clippers and my glasses, cut the claw and it's stuck in her pad!!!! OMG! I pull it out and a lot of blood for a little cut. Phone vet and take her to be looked at, the nurse cut a few more claws that had curled around into Ani's pads. Poor Ani must have been in such pain, I asked about her needing antibiotics as it's her feet.. you know litter boxes and stuff! So she asks the vet who naturally says yes she needs them. I could have gone with the 'wait and see' view but knowing how things have been going this year I'm guessing it would have ended in sepsis or amputation! To be done Christmas week naturally. Vet said Ani had a 'consultation' so that would cost more. With antibiotics £70!!!
Back at home I decide I need some chill time and will start with putting my C&B sweaters on my Momoko's and Ruruko's... only gone and broken the ankle on one of my Momoko's and that to the hand that broke off last week on my Ruruko and this is turning into another fun week!
    AND IT'S ONLY WEDNESDAY!!!!

No photo's as I'm worried the way my luck is going this week I would brake the phone and I can't afford a new phone!
