Well, it cost $6, from China, and is a nicely made top, especially for the money. I held it up to Leland and thought, well, with a baggie over the head, and the hands off, I must just have a chance at getting the thing on. As was tugging it past his ample shoulders I heard, "Pop...pop...pop". And yet, I persisted. So it's on and it's staying on for the winter! The front hem popped open and there are about 10 stitches gone. And both arms, the seams popped open. Oh well! Anything else he wears will be layered over it. I'm getting dolls ready for a Cottage Christmas pictures...which will be coming...soon. Well, soon-ish. I'm having trouble locating (in all my hellishly disorganized doll stuff) my holiday mugs, cups, drinks, etc., so I'm a bit frustrated. I'm sure there's some wonderful little box or bag somewhere, that I thought (at the time) would be just marvelous for putting all the holiday drinks in. Yup... I'll find them around Valentine's Day or Easter...
On with Leland's Rips pics. (Maybe I should just put a couple stitches in from the outside, for while he's wearing it.)
