    Ebay problem help: Buyer would not pick up package at customs Archived Message

    My dear dolly friends, recently I have had a lot of problems with Ebay. A Mexican buyer would not pick up dolls from Mexican customs, told me she's been sick. The doll was eventually returned to me. She filed for Ebay case and Ebay sided in my favor. She then again filed for Paypal case and Paypal gave her full refund. I'm lost with shipping back and forth. The doll was also returned quite damaged due to the transit. I'm so quite confused, so now sellers are responsible for everything when the buyer doesn't even pick up packages from customs now?

    Also another problem, another buyer received a doll with "imperfect make-up" from factory. She filed for Ebay return request. I talked with Ebay and Ebay says Ebay buyers are actually ALL entitled to a free 30 days return policy. Even if sellers specifically says in the listing that the items are not refundable, Ebay forces the return and sellers are responsible for shipping back and forth? How is this fair?
