I believe it was in 2008, but that’s a guess. (It was the year that FR character Luchia debuted.) Joe was such a sweet, obviously kindhearted person with tremendous talent. He definitely passed away quite unexpectedly and far too soon.
I know one of the dolls he released was named Ingrid, and I think others were called Bridget and possibly Babette. I wish you luck finding the info that you’re seeking.
