OK so, I have taken dolls to work before and there is always some co-worker fruitloop wanting to play with my dolls. I've tried to explain that the dolls I bring are not the Walmart variety and that they are expensive (Silkstones usually)
Recently, because of Covid 19, people who work from home are coming in after hours to get things and bringing their kids in and I KNOW they're not paying attention and I don't want to have to kill someone over a doll.... sooooooo
I'm looking for a nude doll but it has to be an articulated doll, under $30. I want to be able to pose her sitting or holding her dog or whatever, and it not be a doll I'm gonna freak out if I figure out someone's 7 year old was at my desk playing with.
My other requirement is that she be pretty! ha! I'd really love a Steffie face... or like Winter in Montreal.... short hair I don't have to fuss with or one of the City Sophisticates. I can't deal with the dolls like the Fashionista's that have the big ol heads...
I have a couple of heads I like but I don't know what bodies match what--so I thought it made more sense to ask you guys what doll I might could get just right out of the box or if someone has something they'd sell me.
I just really don't know what to look for. It's been so long since I looked at a Barbie that wasn't a Silkstone!
I want bendable elbows and knees for sure--and I'd love it if the wrists moved too--but don't HAVE to have that.
