I have to admit this is not my favorite FA collection, although I do like the bold color choices. While I understand that Fashion Avenue is playline fashions, these fashions lack the extra little details that take many FA collections to a slightly higher level. All these party dresses feel pretty standard playline to me (dare I say *carded* fashions, lol). It doesn't help that their only accessories are shoes, and they came w/ rinky-dink jewelry for the child. Here is a pic of the necklaces & giant rings that came w/ their similarly colored fashions:

2001 Jewel Sparkle Collection, stock #52961, Dazzling Diamond- The least colorful dress of the bunch. A sparkly silver and white sheath dress plus clear glittery modern mules. The shoes remind me of the vintage Cinderella Barbie fashion which came w/ clear glitter mules if I remember right.
2001 Jewel Sparkly Collection, stock #52962, Sparkling Sapphire- A bright shiny blue party dress w/ matching blue glittery mules w/ ankle straps.
2001 Jewel Sparkle Collection, stock #52963, Amazing Amethyst- An interesting mix of purple fabrics creates this little party frock, and purple glittery modern mules completed the look. The jewelry is the doll's own.
