She was a frugal lady and bought an unlabeled bottle of what she thought was bluing on sale. She took it home and rinsed her hair with it to remove the yellowish tinge that white hair can get. When she looked in the mirror...Yikes! What she though was bluing was a red dye. So she bleached it in hopes it would come out, instead she then had pink hair. Then she thought maybe the bluing would help. Nope. Her pink hair turned lilac. She was just a little ahead of her time 😁. Life lesson: Never use hair dye that comes in an unlabeled bottle that "looks" like the one you always use no matter how good the sale is. That is unless you don't mind surprises 😊
