Miss Peridot visits the rose of sharons...she's wearing a dress I got years ago from the dollar store, they look like hibiscus or rose of sharon!

Deluxe Style Superstar gets a golden makeover! I couldn't wait to take the silver jewelry off her and replace it with golden pieces from my collection to match her gold eyeshadow!

And some flowers...we planted white rose of sharon with a burgundy center years and years ago and they love the backyard! There are saplings literally all over in three different colors now lol. Sometimes the saplings sprout up exactly where I want them (around the deck) and sometimes I transplant them. We never planted the lavender or the pure white varieties but we have them. I think some seeds have come via birds from the neighbors yards! I love them because they are beautiful and super low maintenance and they love the awful clay soil here. Next year I'm going to prune them to get even more blossoms
