The tornado sirens went off while we were shopping then the wind and deluge began. All the customers just hung out in the store even after checking out because it was too scary and dangerous to get to their cars. Aldi even lost power while we were there. Everyone gasped as we all got plunged into darkness. Nearby got hit *again*. Illinois has broken our record for tornados at 200 already!! It's only JUNE!! 🌩️🌩️🌩️

At least there was a huuuuge bright rainbow afterward but I was on the road so I couldn't snap a pic. It lasted for a good ten minutes and so pretty 🌈🌈🌈
