I think I'm trying to do to much and need to get some priorities? My dad was diagnosed with Ataxia and dementia two weeks before lockdown in 2020. This was both good and bad, good we got to spend precious time together and make memories, bad we had to do it without outside help or support. My dad died in 2023. After that my head was all over the place and a lot that needed to be done did not get done. Now the old me (on the most part) is back and I'm playing catch up! Back then this group was my safe place away from what I was going though and I hope it can be that place for others too. My garden is a mess, my home needs decorating, I have all the paint and wallpaper just need to do it! Then there are my dolls and dioramas, my dad used to help me with my dioramas (he used to have an amazing oo scale model railway, if you want I can post pictures.) Once he could no longer go into the loft where his railway was we converted it into and extra space for my dioramas. I'm building a camp site attached to the beach. A winter wonderland and an airport. I'm also hopping to have a few hotel/chalet/shop dioramas too. AND this is where I store my doll clothes/hats and bags (footwear is kept in my study). Anyway, I have almost finished redecorating my daughters bedroom (it had mould so had to get rid of that first) and I have started work on sorting out the loft!
