I won a Miniverse Holiday ball in the advent days. I have been looking at our Walmart for ages for those balls but they never got them. On the day before my birthday we drove to Des Moines and visited two Targets and two Walmarts, but they also didn't have Holiday balls. On the drive back I saw that I won one right here! I've been calling that my birthday miracle.

The ball had roast beef with Brussels sprouts. It originally comes with a pesto sauce but I thought that was a bit to Grinch green for a roast beef, so I made a sauce with leftover espresso and the lemon pepper that came with it. The sprouts I brushed with tea and nuts from a birthday set I just got. I think it looks quite appetizing (except for the dog hair that got on it, LOL). Thanks!
