A new Sylvanian Families Department Store Luxury Plaza!! Inside it has a Woman's and Men's clothing store. 1st floor has a perfume counter and a Jewelry counter!! Pics coming soon. I bought this from my favorite Critter store, Kobeejapan. I have been buying from them for years. My last two purchases have included "Canks" Stupid Tariffs!!! Which this was already expensive enough!! If this wasn't a Japan Exclusive I wouldn't have bought it!! A great item for their 40th Anniversary!!
