NT: Newest evening gown and teddy bear

Rare Bird
I have been wanting to make this dress since 2007. It's inspired by a picture of Drew Barrymore at one of her movie premieres. The dress she wore was a gorgeous black satin with an intricate gold and purple design on the skirt. It's only been since I got my Cricut and some foil HTV have a felt like I had the "technology" and materials to do a very simplified version of something similar.
