This is Pinkie Goes to Paris. Her full name is Pinkie Cooper and her dog's name is Li'l Pinkie. Also in the photo are 3 porgs from Star Wars, one is a Funko Pop and the other 2 are action figures by Hasbro.

Pinkie Cooper also had two friends, Ginger and Pepper. There were two more pet dogs, Sprinkles and Saltine. There were a few fashion packs and a carrying case.

The line was made by Bridge Direct, designed by Carter Bryant, and only lasted for about a year.
