If you opened the lid to a doll box but didn't remove doll from liner, would that still be NRFB? >

In 2010 I bought a Jack Sparrow Ken and it's one of those mostly clear plastic boxes. I slit the clear factory seal at the top and slipped his liner out to make sure he was complete and later to dust him since dust gets in those boxes much easier than the old cardboard ones. I never removed any of his factory fasteners or rubber bands so he's still fastened to the liner. I want to sell him now and I wonder if I should list him as NRFB? To me it's like when we lift the lid to a Silkstone and maybe pull back the tissue but we still call that NRFB since we didn't undo any of the ribbons or fasteners. Thanks!
