She looked great from the front, but because this is a Mattel doll, when I finally got her out of the box, the back of her hair was a knotted, dry, mess. I saturated her hair with Azone Oil Mist, & then used a little Azone Doll Styling Wax & finally got her hair back into shape. I also broke the waist piece on her stand, it's too small for her, & one side snapped. I glued it, so hopefully it will hold, but I also emailed Mattel to see if I can get another one.
