Chris and Rob have been renting since moving from Malibu to Chicago in 2019. They've bought the Victorian next to Barbie and Ken's Townhouse now


Vanessa goes over the list of what stays in the house.
Chris: Definitely need the Master bedroom furniture gone. The girls' love the other bedroom as is.
Rob: We can skip this table and chairs...!
Chris: We hope the renters will stay downstairs?
Vanessa:New rental agreements will have to be signed, I'm sure that won't be a problem.

Skipper: (waving) Woot! They are signing more papers.
Scooter: (yelling at the window) CAN WE GO TO THE PARK???


Vanessa: We can have the house ready for you next week, once all the paperwork is filed and one more walk through.
Chris: Oh, great!
Rob: Thanks so much, finally out of that rental!


Next door they drop in by Barbie.



Rob: Okay,so who's up for Pizza.
Barbie: Sounds great, like a great DATE!
