As a mother with children who suffer from anxiety and depression I know of their struggles to control their emotions. It truly is a disease and there is often no rational explanation for how they are feeling. It just hits them hard and all one can do is be there with hugs and reassurance while they struggle with their demons. Those that suffer often become good at hiding the symptoms so when we do lose a loved one we can't comprehend their thought process. There is medication out there to help balance things and we have had a long road of therapy but it is a trial and error process and the person has to be willing to accept help. My heart goes out to you and Charlie's family. It is so hard when there is no closure. The one consolation may be that he is now at peace. Sending hugs.
