The anxiety could be stemming from lady troubles depending on your age---PMS or Menopause (some women get it early). If PMS try evening primrose oil and if Menopause---black cohosh. A friend at my gym took the cohosh and it worked! Read the labels, what works for some people may not work for others, but both the primrose oil and cohosh are highly recommended. A friend at work went through menopause and did not have any of the typical problems because she had been taking primrose oil for years.
I have been taking melatonin for years and for me it works however my system is so used to it I have to take three pills for it to work. Read the label and take the recommended dosage.
