I never see them AUTO done anymore, probably because I just go in periodically, or after reading it in here, and doing them manually, as I also did on my MAC, but there I am on Firefox now since Chrome no longer will update on its'now no supported OLD MacOS 12, Firefox does AUTOMATICALLY, just needing to be restarted, the browser, not the entire PC:-)
