On the top left side of your directories you have an Upload button, that should also give you the option to upload a small directory to geocities.

I think over the years till I decided I no longer needed an online web server, I used 4 different web servers and each one of them had a file manager that gave me a few different ways to upload things to it. In some ways that's nice having more than one option, in other cases it becomes confusing but I always just clicked onto things in those file managers to see what they did.
