Chromebooks do not have a built-in, easily accessible "print history" log for local printing. However, you can view current, pending, or recently sent jobs immediately after printing
I just printed a page and saw what you are talking about. First, I accessed the print jobs page through the print jobs option at the conclusion of printing like you stated, and I saw a history starting there after the printing was completed. I then accessed print jobs by going through Settings as I described in my previous post and saw the same thing.
Perhaps none of my older print jobs showed up before when I went to Print Jobs via Settings because I haven't printed anything in a long time before today and they were no longer "recent."
So, try going to Print Jobs via Settings as I described in my previous post and see if your printing history is there.
