I just came here and saw your post today,,, shortly after my Helio site was made functional again, which was only possible with your help for which I am deeply grateful. When I originally went directly to Helio for help a month+ ago they simply told me to add index files and clear cache which did not help. They never mentioned the need for a reset, as they told you what was needed. I guess when looking for help from Helio a lot depends on who you get... sort of like doctors.
