Our Grandson, who lives and works in Germany (Works as a civilian on a U.S. Army base), sent me a video he took off their balcony.

I clicked on it in the email and a pop-up said that that file could not be played, so I downloaded it to my DOWNLOAD folder, where it said that it was an, "MP4."

I right clicked on it to open on the DEFAULT (Gallery), but when I hit the PLAY arrow it was just blank, BLACK.

He then sent it to my Wife, on her IPad, and it played fine on that, WT-FREAK???
