I use AdGuard along with, "Privacy Badger,"on my MacMin that is connected to the Big Screen in the family room, and watching any TV streaming service, that has ADs that are too long, we watch them there, and BINGO, NO ADs :-)

I always sign up for the Streamer with ADs, and avoid them this way.

Now watching Netflix from the SmartTV itself, I do not mind, so short, it is not bothersome.
