The TvPass and TvApp aren't actually having problems, they're trying to get those of us who watch it for free to pay for their service by slowing the audio way down on each channel during their prime hours or when there's a large number using it at the same time. I can't totally blame them because their bandwidth/data bill has got to be huge with so many people using their site, but I'm not willing to pay so I've either turned off the sound on the HGTV shows that I don't need it on or I've been using the free version of Roku to get caught up on old tv shows which I never caught all of the episodes.
