I don't have one, don't need it but as long as you already have it, why don't you just plug it into your cb and tv and see how it works for you ?

Just remember that you probably need to change your tv "source" from cable/antenna to HDMI or possibly PC, depending on what your input choices are on your tv. Your remote control normally has a "source" or "input" button for making the change.

Some tv's recognize a change in source and will automatically change the source for you.
