OK, I'm just trying this out on my cb and the ctrl-alt down arrow just brings up the box BK got only mine states to us the "launcher" and right arrow. I have no launcher key but found that just clicking my shift bar takes me to the bottom and the shift-up arrow to go up.

This is so totally different on the cb than on my PC, on the PC it turned my browser upside down and my cursor didn't work correctly, so ctrl-alt-up arrow was the only way to return my PC back to normal.I'm sorta surprise that there's such a big difference between shortcut keys on the PC compared to the cb.
